Dear Harvest Right Customer,
Please be prepared to share anything necessary for this initial appointment. If you have not provided us with log files and have been instructed to do so please send them before the scheduled call.
Here are the instructions on how to retrieve those log files:
Sending this data is the best way you can help us figure out what is causing the problem you’re having so that we can get it resolved.
- Turn off your freeze-dryer.
- Insert a USB thumb drive into the USB slot on your freeze dryer (small, empty thumb drives work best - like something less than 16 GB that you can get from the dollar store or the electronics section at a grocery or hardware store).
- Turn the freeze dryer on and the log files will be automatically downloaded to the USB.
- Remove the thumb drive when the screen returns to the home screen.
- Plug your thumb drive into your computer. A file folder called "HARVEST" will come up.
- Open the folder and attach the files within the folder to an email and send them to me for our review.
